Description Provide technical support for device/process simulation, parasitic effect and user framework tools by assisting clients in modeling electrical behavior and physical effects in IC design process. Provide technical support for license management software. Perform customer benchmarks by matching measured effects with modeling projections. Test Technical Computer Aided Design (TCAD) simulation software and parasitic characterization simulation software and cooperate in its specifications. Profile customer requirements and translate customer requests into produce enhancement specifications. Install software and provide installation support.
Requirements The successful applicant will have the following:
MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Experience in TCAD device and process modeling
Experience in semiconductor device modeling
Experience with SmartSpice/UNIX/Linux/Windows
